The different types of cellulite

  • Adipose cellulite: this is soft and painless to the touch. It is linked to excess weight and is therefore the consequence of a poor lifestyle (too fatty diet, lack or even absence of physical activity). It is generally found mainly in the hips, buttocks and thighs.
  • Fibrous cellulite: Deeper, it is hard and painful to the touch. Often installed for a long time, it is said to be ingrained. It is the most difficult form of cellulite to dislodge. Caused by a rather sedentary lifestyle, it is linked to a distension of the skin. It is located on the thighs and buttocks.
  • Aqueous cellulite: here, the skin remains supple but less than for adipose cellulite. Accompanied by a feeling of heavy and swollen legs, it is due to poor blood circulation.

Often perceived as disgraceful, we seek to get rid of it by any means possible. We'll show you some everyday tips to fight the orange peel appearance.
