HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Go to the return page by clicking on the button below
Request a product return - Enter your email address and your order number (without the #)
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the return request has been approved.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- They must be in their original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
RETURN COSTS?
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- You are responsible for sending the package back and for the return shipping costs (package to be returned to Lytess Customer Service).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been accepted or rejected.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.
